LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
1. In terms of Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, the goods sold by Comics Explorer are second-hand periodicals and older than 30 days after publication.
2. The general condition of our back issue stock is described in our Grade of Comic/Magazine section.
3. The grades are either listed in the product name or available as a product option. If no grade is listed then refer to the guide published in point of the Grade section above.
4. Therefore, no refunds are due if you want brand-new comics fresh from the press.

6. Refunds are due when:

7. Most of the images shown for the products in our webshop are generic stock images and not necessarily of the actual product.
We stock thousands of comics so to scan each and every one of them is not practical. You can request photos of specific items, if you want to view the condition.
8. All prices on our webstore are in USD.

This bibliographical information includes the original price as it was printed on the cover of the comic. This is not the actual price of the comic and is merely presented for bibliographical and historical information purposes.
The actual selling price by Comics Explorer will be whatever is shown near the name of the product.
