Synopsis
Steel Hawk is ambushes the Troubleshooters. Tim Ferris is severely injured and needs to have both legs amputated. The assassin is able to tackle Andy Meadows from behind and kills him using Meadows' "Beamsplitter" weapon. Jenny is informed that she has lost tenure at MIT and, later, is abducted while walking down the street.
